Heatlift technology, in three points
Heatlift designs high-temperature heat pumps that replace industrial gas boilers. The technology uses waste heat to produce steam, hot air or superheated water between 100°C and 200°C, helping manufacturers save energy, cut emissions and recover process water.

Heatlift designs high-temperature industrial heat pumps capable of replacing gas boilers in heat-intensive processes. They upgrade low-temperature sources from 30°C to 80°C into steam, hot air or superheated water at up to 200°C. With thermal outputs between 3 and 15 MWth, these compact plug-and-play systems are built for straightforward integration into complex industrial sites. Heatlift industrial heat pumps
Heatlift’s high-temperature heat-pump architecture combines a proprietary centrifugal compressor, optimised heat exchangers and a compact performance-led design. Where conventional systems are limited to lower temperatures, Heatlift can deliver heat at up to 200°C for demanding applications such as steam, hot air and superheated-water production.
The technology captures residual heat between 30°C and 80°C from vapours, cooling circuits and other industrial processes. Reusing this low-grade energy can materially reduce natural-gas consumption while improving the site’s overall energy efficiency.
The systems are designed for high coefficients of performance and adaptation to industrial constraints. A range of 3 to 15 MWth covers medium and large industrial sites across chemicals, food processing, paper and materials.
A plug-and-play modular design simplifies engineering, reduces commissioning time and optimises project cost. In-house turbomachinery is a key performance advantage, extending the capabilities of industrial heat pumps while providing the mechanical robustness required in demanding environments.
