Data controller
The controller is France Cleantech Industries (FCI), a French non-profit association under the Act of 1 July 1901, with registered office at 68 boulevard du Général Koenig, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

Data and purposes
When you browse the website
The hosting provider may process technical data required to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This is based on FCI’s legitimate interest in operating and protecting its website.
When you contact us
The contact form prepares a message in your own email application; it does not transmit or store your entries on the website server. If you then send the email, FCI processes the contact details and content you provide to answer your request.
Search Console, cookies and third parties
FCI uses Google Search Console to monitor how the website appears in Google Search. Domain ownership is confirmed with a technical verification token. The website currently includes no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising or profiling tool.
No cookie banner is required for the current setup: the website does not place non-essential trackers that require consent.
Fonts are hosted with the website rather than loaded from Google. LinkedIn, YouTube and member links only connect you to those services when you choose to open them; their own policies then apply.
Recipients and retention
Messages are accessible only to authorised FCI representatives and, when necessary, confidential technical providers. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted in line with legal duties and legitimate follow-up needs. Technical hosting logs are managed by Hostinger under its service terms and security measures.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to certain processing. Exercise your rights by emailing france.cleantech.industries@gmail.com. If you remain dissatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
